Support

We answer every email, usually within a day.

Write to support@magictutor.ai about anything at all — a lesson that came out wrong, a subscription problem, a language that needs fixing, or an idea for the app.

Telling us your device, your language, and what you were doing helps us fix it faster.

I paid for Pro but the app still says free

Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple or Google directly and is the fastest fix.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with, and to the same Magic Tutor account. If it still does not work, email us and say which store you bought from.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from, not by us:

You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are given by Apple and Google, because they took the payment. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through the Play Store order history. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will help you make the case.

A lesson was wrong

Lessons are written by AI and it does get things wrong, especially with handwriting, photographs taken at an angle, and unusual diagrams. Retaking the photo in better light, straight on, usually fixes it.

If a lesson is badly wrong, please send it to us — that is genuinely how the app gets better.

I have run out of lessons for today

The free plan allows a set number of lessons each day. The app tells you when it resets, which is midnight UTC. Pro raises the limit and allows more pages in a single upload.

Delete my account

See how to delete your account. It is free, permanent, and we will not ask you why.
